Wases generation:
Organic and hazardous waste must be correctly separated. The former must be separated into organic matter, etc, and plastics, packaging, bricks. The latter must be stored, identified and managed correctly according to current legislation.
Generation of electrical apparatus:
It should be noted that this waste must be handed over to an authorised waste handler for collection
Generation of discharges of liquids to water
Hazardous products must not be discharged into the municipal sewage system and, in the event of having a discharge authorisation, discharge controls must be carried out at the intervals set in the authorisation.
Noise.
The noise emission limits set out in the municipal ordinance of the municipality in which the activity is located must be respected.
Air emissions.
Law on the protection of the atmospheric environment. Owners of air pollutant emitters, heat generators and motor vehicles are obliged to respect the set emission levels. Working vehicles and machinery must be properly maintained.
Legionella neumophyla biological contamination
Where there are cooling towers or evaporative condensers in the installations, an accredited company must carry out periodic checks as per the legislation which sets the health and hygiene criteria for the prevention and control of Legionnaires' disease.
Storage of chemicals
Comply with the chemicals storage regulation and its supplementary technical instructions.
